Liz Gladshteyn

Liz Gladshteyn is responsible for the reliability of a wide variety of blade models and is Invenergy’s subject matter expert on lightning. She has worked on several inspection campaigns to mitigate the growth of serial defects over time as well as overseen and evaluated the quality of their repairs. In addition to this, she tracks and catalogs a variety of damages across Invenergy’s fleet to improve fleet reliability and blade health. Liz has piloted projects for internal and LPS inspections as well as lightning damage prevention and detection. She holds a certification for composite repair.
