Jessica Kadlec

Jessica Kadlec is a Principal Engineer at TPI Composites, leading quality efforts on several blade types across customers. She also works on teams launching new technology projects.

Jessica started her career at GE as part of the Edison Engineering Development Plan. She continued as Lead Blade Design Engineer and eventually became Engineering Manager of Blades Innovation and Testing. She has 20 total years of engineering experience.
