Javier López

Javier López, PhD, is a senior engineer with around 15 years of experience in lightning physics, lightning protection design, and verification of lightning protection systems. He is currently leading the Advanced Engineering and Simulation team at Polytech, where they design lightning protection systems for the wind turbines and perform electrical engineering studies for assessing the lightning’s direct and indirect effects in wind turbines.
